Beach House with Private Pool on The North End of AMI 3b/2ba
Charming 3 bedroom elevated home with a private pool at 123 Hammock Rd in Anna Maria which is only 2 short blocks to the beach and easily walkable in 5 min. Pine Avenue is a few minutes walk from this quiet no through street. The house has a king size master, queen, twin , family bathroom ,laundry , open plan living/kitchen/dinning , outdoor screened dining, cable wireless internet , telephone, BBQ grill and private heated pool. Beach chairs, carts, beach umbrella, towels, and a cooler.

Heated pool with ccommercial grade lounge chairs and side table .
Our pools are services weekly. Due to the tropical nature of the island , it is not unusual to find unexpected debris in the pool. Pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperatures get below 60F . There will be days when weather conditions will to allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming. No credit, discount, and /or rate adjustments can be granted for circumstances beyond our control.

My wife and I were completely impressed when we walked in to 123 Hammock. All the appliances were very clean including the grill! She was incredibly fast to respond with question and results. We ran out of propane for the grill and within 5 minutes a new tank was on the grill. We asked if she knew if there were a deck of cards in the house. It was after 10 pm. The next morning a deck of cards were delivered. Rasa is a SUPER HOST!! Plenty of pans, plates, cups, and silverware. The location made it easy to walk to the pier, shops, restaurants, and most importantly to the beach!! The pool was amazing and the various types of palms around it made it very private. We loved this place.
We had an incredible family vacation (with a toddler) at Rasa’s listing. The house was in the perfect location - within walking distance to ocean and bay beaches and shops/restaurants. The house itself had a spacious layout with large screened in porch and plenty of comfy places outside by the pool so everyone could relax. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!
Rasa was a fabulous host and very responsive. The home was beautiful and felt like home from home. It provided all the amenities you need in a perfect location. We’d love to go back one day!
Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable, just like pictures. Rasa was very quick to respond to issues that came up and very helpful. We would definitely book with Rasa next time we go to AMI
Wonderful stay! Host was extremely responsive and flexible with us. Offered us to deliver crib a day early and made pool warmer per our request. Location is amazing! Close to everything! Would absolutely stay here again!!! Loved having the golf cart!
